Articles review process aims to observe the quality of the papers and any improvements that can be done to them. In a first step, the materials will be evaluated by the editorial board which express their opinion on the quality of the articles. Firstly, they pursue the respectation with rigorousity of the rules of publication, to avoid the cases of plagiarism or self-plagiarism (or the double publication of the same material), falsified data etc. If the articles meet the requirements for publishing and the quality criteria required in a specialized magazine, then they are sent for peer review of two experts in the field. The experts must make written explanations on originality, scientific correctness, bibliography and manuscript utility. Their response must include recommendations on: 1.The publication of the manuscript in its originally form. 2. The publication of the manuscript after the author has made the requested changes. 3. The rejection of the manuscript.
The whole process of reviewing in the second phase is made in an anonymous form, reviewers being unaware of the author name, the author being unaware of the reviewers names.
After completing the two stages, the editorial board decides on the publication of the material as it has been delivered or they return it to the author for possible changes. In the worst case, the material is rejected and returned to the author.
